Great product. Elegant, quiet. Arrived within a few days.Customer service needs a lot of work. If they don’t answer the phone you have to leave a message and they never called back. I did email them and they responded. I had 2 issues. One, I received an e-mail after I ordered stating I would need to open an account to receive tracking info and should reorder. Well, of course then I ended up with 2 orders and had issue getting one cancelled. Also, after my first order was places I received an email saying I would receive 20% off my first order, which had already been placed. I was told they would give me the discount. I have contacted them several times in the last 3 weeks and still have not received the discount.
Extremely disappointing. I probably won’t order from them again.

Excellent quality, quite fan with different speeds. It's perfect for smaller bedrooms. We'll be purchasing this again for our other spare bedroom.
