Very nice fan and light, some issues with the ceiling and light switch both turning on light and not the fan. My only criticism is that in the pictures it’s a clean look but there is actually a bolt and hook on both sides

Wonderful! Modern! Powerful! Quiet!
Sometimes the worst problems can lead to the best solutions. Problem solving is my mark of a company. I had a not explainable, non function that turned out to be on my side. It was my style of wall switch...remote dimmer. No one knew. Again it was not a fan issue easily fixed if we knew.
The Fan turned out to be perfect right out of the box. Lights Online was kind to me, courteous and went though extraordinary effort, requiring lots of communication.
In conclusion, if you've read this far, do not hesitate to do business with these folks. I'm sure mostly all product sales are 100% successful...you encounter the unusual situation...I assure you from experience they will not throw their hands up or abandon you.

First off, a great product and I would order again. Easy to install, looks great and as described...low profile!
My only two gripes are the light isn’t bright enough and there needs to be a gap ring at the top of the fan to hide the ceiling gap.

I bought three of these for bedrooms. As always, Hunter fans impress with quiet operation and an expectation that they will last. I'm glad Hunter finally added a hang hook to hang the fan body while you connect the wires (I used to have to drag out a tall ladder and balance the body on it while hooking wiring it - that said, I knocked off 1 star because...
1. The mount at the top has two slots and four screws - that are all visible :( I used a detail brush to paint them white but they should have ALREADY been white.
2. The body that holds the fan blades is slightly out of round, while it has no effect on the rotation nor does it make any noise it just doesn't look perfect as it rotates around and the gap widens then narrows, then widen then narrows.
3. The LED light that has replaced the old chandelier lights is great - very bright, BUT, it vibrates in the housing, causing a noise - I fixed it by adding two small pieces of foam to trap it tight but c'mon Hunter - you make fans, I don't.
4. The glass light shade vibrates in the body, making a noise - I fixed it by slightly backing the shade off of it's resting spot. - Again - Hunter, c'mon, you make and test these things!
Overall, great for the price and the Hunter name always impresses.
