I ordered 11 Hunter fans 3 interior, 2 52” and 1 60” fans and 8 exterior fans for my new house. I have been using Hunter fans exclusively for over 40 years. Here we go 1 of the 52” fans , the light only works, when I turn the blades to try to get it to turn, it roars. The 60” fan the light works when it wants to, as I am writing this review, it will not come on, I changed the battery and nothing.
I called customer service and she told me I would have to contact Hunter directly. I said you don’t stand behind the products you sell, she said no. If I want a replacement, I have to buy another fan and then send the defective one back and if they deem it to be non working, they will refund my purchase money
