Love it except the wall switch

Just received, had a slight issue initially but customer service promptly corrected it! After install of the fan it would only run in reverse. I contacted hunter and they were no help. I found that if you hold the wall switch remote fan button down for 30-60 seconds it changes direction. Thats not in the book or the help desk. Start up is a little unnerving. And the beeps are a bit loud. My biggest issue is if/when you have to change the batteries, you’ll have to take the switch back out of the wall! Whoever thought of that poor design ought to be released to work on german cars.
