The good - It was package well and securely. The chains supplied for connecting the top plate are long enough to fit most (if not all needs). The product is well built and overall quality meets general expectations.
The bad - Only one problem which I faced was that the plate to attach to the box is the standard sized plate with no additional backing. I need the plastic backing because the drywall near the box was worn out the small metal plate would go a bit too deep in the drywall and I would not be able to fix the box cover plate. It would be greater if they could supply some additional packing and maybe throw in a couple of extra screws just in case someone strips a screw.
The ugly - Nothing really - so far.
I don't have the photos yet as I could not go out to get the proper plastic backing (much like a washer) for the box plate. Once I get that, I would install the chandelier and then click some pics.
